Returning Students

If your family has moved to a different location, please have an updated utility bill.

New Students

Please make sure to have the following:

• Transcripts 
• Behavior Report
• Attendance Report
• IEP (only if student has one)
• 504 Plan (only if student has one)
• Birth Certificate 
• Immunization Record
• Prove of Address (Utility Bill)
