I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and attended college at St. Louis University where I studied public health, French, and international studies. I moved to Denver in 2018 after teaching in New York for three years. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, hiking, camping, reading, cooking, and exploring restaurants and coffee shops around Denver. I also love to travel, most recently visiting South Africa, and have plans to travel to Mexico City soon.
At Legacy, I teach Civics, Personal Finance, Law, and the History of Power, Conflict, and Healing. I love being a part of the Legacy community because we have incredible students. Their creativity, intelligence, and determination positively affect our community, and I want to be a part of their transformation into adulthood.
